*This is an EXTREMELY RARE, Sawano Kobo Japan 10 inch Reissue of Meet Don Rendell on Tempo Label in GREAT CONDITION!!  The pressing and sound quality are really superb!!  They used the original master tape and tried to restore the original label design and sleeve as well. They also used the high quality, flat edge disk. The cutting was done in France and pressing were done at Toyo Kasei Japan!

Wow...this album is RARE! Don Rendell is a great UK saxophonist and this session was originally recorded in 1955 in UK and released on a really minor jazz label, Tempo UK. From this album, Rendell became famous and in the early 60's, he got a chance to go to the US and recorded a great album on Jazzland - Roarin'. By the way, the recording condition of this album is amazingly great and this is the ONLY AVAILABLE REISSUE of this title in Japan! In addition, this copy comes with the ORIGINAL OUTER SLEEVE WITH SAWANO STICKER!
