Description

10,000 Maniacs - In My Tribe [LP] (Audiophile Vinyl, Numbered Limited-

Numbered, Limited Edition! Mastered on Mobile Fidelity's World-Renowned Mastering System and Pressed at RTI! Following the departure of co-songwriter John Lombardo, 10,000 Maniacs released this second major-label album to achieve great success. Natalie Merchant began utilizing the songwriting skills of other band members for assistance, especially Rob Buck. If vocals by the oh-so recognizable Natalie Merchant weren't enough, a vocal appearance by REM's Michael Stipe is found in ''A Campfire Song'' to create a must-have collection. Merchant & band manage to mesh upbeat tunes with lyrics of tragedy in a way the listener doesn't realize the tragic nature of the songs. Features: * Limited Edition * Numbered * MoFi Silver Label Vinyl Series * Mastered and Cut on the famous MoFi Sound Lab state-of-the-art Tim de Paravacini-designed mastering system. * Pressed at RTI on Audiophile-Grade Standard Vinyl Musicians: Natalie Merchant, vocals Robert Buck, guitars, mandolin, pedal steel guitar Steve Gustafson, bass Jerome Augustyniak, drums, percussion Dennis Drew, keyboards Michael Stipe, vocals (10) Don Grolnick, piano Bob Magnusson, acoustic bass (12) Novi Novog, viola (12) Dennis Karmazyn, cello (12) Tracks: Side 1: 1.
