Description
In 2016 I developed new processes to make disc records. Production technologies and physical properties of the early materials were examined and recreated using modern materials. This reproduction Pathe disc is made of the same quiet resin I also use to make Edison Diamond Discs.
This auction is for a single sided copy of "Black Bottom" on vertically cut Pathe, catalog number 6905, matrix number 106965. We both know that pathe's are wonderful machines but after you've listened to the three decent Jim Europe discs you have, then what? This may be your only chance to have at least ONE DECENT SONG to play with that sapphire stylus sitting alone in its needle cup. The disc is blue in color and has a Pathe art deco style label.
Shipping via media mail with tracking is included for the continental USA. International shipping is at cost, while USPS is the least expensive method it does not include tracking nor insurance. If an international buyer chooses USPS shipping then they assume all responsibility. Please see the USPS website to calculate cost. UPS or Fedex are also shipped at cost and generally start at $100.
