Description
PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR MORE RECORDS.
This listing is for a 12” vinyl LP “Help” by The Beatles. The record may be rare so please look very carefully at the information below and pictures provided.
It is most likely an early mono pressing due to the label “mono” being in outline font. It has a black label with yellow “Parlophone” and silver print. The silver print starts “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” Record speed “33 1/3” above “Parlophone”
Record label: EMI Parlophone
Issue: PMC 1255. 1965. Mono
Record identification marks: 9. XEX549-2. AHM
Record condition: Appears to be in excellent/mint condition. Some markings to centre spindle area. As with all used records, some markings might be seen under high magnification and different lighting conditions. You should take this into account when bidding.
Sleeve type and condition: Outer sleeve in overall good condition. Front face is very clean with wear and crease marks to opening edges. Rear face has price 32/-marked in pencil and displays some dirty marks.
Inner sleeve is tracing paper type with “Use Emitex…” embossed.
All records being offered for sale have come from the home of a recently deceased friend. They have all been checked to verify that the contents match the sleeve. Record identification marks refer to the A-side of the record only. All records are untested and will require cleaning before playing. I am not a record expert and condition is subjective. However, I have tried to be as honest as possible. Dates stated refer to those printed on the record face, where applicable.
Please note that these are as found, so no guarantees can be given. Please take this into account when bidding.
Please view the photographs and enlarge them as necessary. If you require additional photographs or details, please ask.
