RETURNS: Returns are accepted if we have significantly missed something in rating condition except on lots which we sell as is, no returns. With that said, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases and would buy from us again. Therefore, we do offer a mutually agreed upon price reduction should we be off significantly on the record ratings. We do not proclaim any expertise in the area of rating records, but for the many that we have sold in the past, our customers have been very happy, with some telling us that we under-rated the condition and most stating we were right on. Please feel free to bid with confidence as you will find us honest, fair, and easy to work with.
We ship 78 records between 2 pieces of cardboard and then wrap in 1/2" bubble wrap, shipping in 14 X 10 X 10" heavy corrugated boxes. So far, so good -- no damaged records in transit we are happy to report.
SHIPPING: In The US: We will ship media mail with appropriate amount of insurance. To Our International Customers -- The shipping calculator is set for Airmail Parcel Post with appropriate amount of insurance due to size of box. You may opt out of insurance, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged records.
PAYMENT METHODS: In The US: We accept PayPal, cashier's checks and money orders only. To all International Bidders -- We accept PayPal only unless you wish to send US dollars at your risk. No money orders, or checks of any other kind can be accepted.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, we do expect payment within 3 days of the auction's end. We would really prefer that everyone proceed to checkout whether PayPal is used. This is the way we keep track of incoming payments and what needs to be shipped. Your cooperation will help us keep any shipping delays to the bare minimum. Thanks a lot.
If the unforeseen happens and the item would get damaged in transit, the buyer agrees to wait to collect their refund from the appropriate shipper. Insurance is required on all items we sell. International bidders can opt out of that requirement, however if you do not insure your package, we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items. If the carrier makes the determination that their minimum standards for packing to insure against damage was not complied with on our end, we ask that the customer send the damaged item(s) back to us and upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund.
