13TH FLOOR ELEVATORS "BULL OF THE WOODS" 1968/2003 GET HEP 615 IN SHRINK REMASTERED
Their final album; originally to be called "the Beauty and the Beast" was issued by International Artists in '68 after the band had broken up. It contained what is proably their weirdest track recorded; Erickson's "May the Circle Remain Unbroken". Also here are some very good tunes in "Street Song" and "Rose and the Thorn" both written by Stacey Sutherland. Others by guitarist Sutherland and jug /vocals Tommy Hall are "Livin On ", "Till Then', "Never Another" and "Dr. Doom". Eleven tracks which markd the final phase of one of the greatest Psychedelic bands of all time. ON 180 Gram Virgin Vinyl
