About This Record.  Hey there! And now for something really different, BOLDLY started with NO RESERVE [see details below for the previously unknown matrix numbers of this beastly rare Roky Erickson and Thirteenth Floor Elevators 45rpm vinyl] . . . This is one of the RAREST versions of the 13th Floor Elevators (a.k.a. Thirteenth Floor Elevators) supremely killer 1966 psych garage burn-out hit single entitled "You're Gonna Miss Me." on International Artists Records.  What is special about this is that it is the Quality Records pressing from Canada on International Artists / Quality Records (not the earlier and more common London Records version), and there are only a couple of known copies of this on quality!  Much rarer than the French EP with picture sleeve of these two songs plus Reverabaration and another but this has no picture sleeve, and never did.  This plays just great, seem

details below.  The first pressing of this killer 45rpm came out on London Records and is much more common if you can call it that, as only a dozen or so copies of the London version have surfaced.

See lysergia.com/lamaworkshop/elevators/ygmm_Discography.htm for details and all things cool vinyl!  This is Version #17.

PLEASE Read my Feedback from selling ONLY Vinyl, which says alot.  I offer full refund including shipping both ways (for USA and International buyers as well) in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase.

Please note that I work for eBay and this link is to the Code I have to abide by as an eBay employee:  http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/everyone-employee.html I have no clue who works in the Collectibles Division and am not involved in any policy or other decisions that go on; I just happen to like vinyl and happen to work at eBay

Picture Sleeve Condition. None.  Never was one for this super rare Canadian release!

Vinyl Condition.  The vinyl looks STRONG VG/VG+ (light marks, no problems) and plays EX/EX- (a little background noise in the intros for each song, more so on Tried to Hide, but otherwise no issues.  No discernible pops, no clicks from scratches.  Impossible I think to upgrade.  No worries, this comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine in a new white plain paper sleeve and plastic sleeve.

Vinyl Weight.  This 45 rpm weighs precisely 40 grams.  Yes, one heavy slab of original mind-blowing vinyl!

Matrix Numbers.  Matrix numbers: Yes, I'm sure those still reading are curious about the Matrix numbers as I don't think anybody on the planet has been so kind as to tell anyone what the matrix numbers are.  So here they are:

Side 1 (You're Gonna Miss Me) : IA-107 S1 (with an "8" in a small circle to the upper right of the "1" in S1, as if it was an exponential power)

Side 2: (Tried to Hide) IA-107 S2 (with an (8" in a small circle as above but near the "2" in S2)

Labels.  The labels are in EX/better condition with light wear around the labels on the deep groove 45rpm vinyl.  They read "Manufactured by Quality Records" ! See photos.

Innsersleeve.  Comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine as per above and placed in a new plain white paper innersleeve (so the old dust doesn't reattach itself to the vinyl).

About Me.  I have been a Record Collector for Decades.  I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept it well-preserved in plastic sleeves and vinyl separated outside the cover.

Shipping and Payment.  PayPal only.  I ship promptly worldwide; sometimes the automatic eBay invoice does not have accurate shipping if you buy more than one LP, so if you are unsure email me and ask for an invoice. . . . I will ship by any method you want.  But if you do not pay for protecting your purchase by requesting insurance, or expensive International Priority Mail, then please understand the record will be shipped at your own risk and not mine.  I offer full refund on this record including shipping both ways, unless you live outside North America in which case I will refund you shipping one way unless I made a mistake which I sometimes do because I am only human..  CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:  Please add sales tax!
