Description

Berliner recording  (10 June 1899) of the American Republic March by John Philip Sousa Band. Arthur Pryor is shown as director for the recording (Berliner 0208A). Records is in '5' condition (one small needle drop and stressed groove). While there are scraches and rubs, it plays cleanly with a forward tone, fairly typical for a Berliner of this age. Playing speed is about 70 rpm.
