Description
This auction is for a 1920 "PATHE FRERES" 78rpm Phonograph Record #22443 ~ BABE RUTH'S HOME RUN STORY~ spoken by the 'Babe' Himself. I do not know much about it but the condition is amazing with virtually not a scratch or mark on it. I did not attempt to play it and listen to what he had to say (although I wanted to!!!). The opposite side has a tune called "Abadele" by Duane Sawyer and his Novelty Orchestra. The second side is also in like new condition.
It measures 9 3/4" in diameter and is rather thick. Sorry about the blurry photos. The labels are very sharp & clear. Amazing condition for its age!!!!
