This is a twelve (12) album 78 rpm collection of some of the greatest jazz artists around. 

I don’t have any way to test these, so I’m going to call them all good – EXCEPT FOR Cab Calloway The Jumpin’ Jive/Trylon Swing which is developing a crack.

How we work:

We’re located in the USA.  We work a few hours a day Monday through Friday on eBay during the regular USA workday.  We observe all USA holidays.   We do this for fun.  The “eBay shop” is closed during holidays, inclement weather, or during the occasional times when we’re on the road.  As a result please understand that sometimes it will be the next USA business workday, or a tad longer, before we can reply to email, invoice, and/or ship in those cases. 

We communicate with our customers using “My eBay” messages only.  We’ll never ask you to send eBay email to our private email address.  We won’t send eBay email to your private email either.  Any and all eBay email sent to our personal email account won’t be replied to – it will be deleted without being read. 

We work to take good and clear pictures and give good item description.  Always read and understand the item description, sometimes a lot of info is contained in them.   Remember to ask questions if you need to. 

We accept PayPal only.

We ship with the US Postal Service.  We drop mail once a day during the regular USA USPS Monday through Friday work week when our local US Post Office is open.  We can’t ship on Saturday, or on a US holiday, or during inclement weather.  If “the shop” is open and we see that your payment has been received we’ll work to get your item(s) shipped out to you on that same day.

Large or very heavy items can be shipped, but if we must crate the item there’ll be a crating surcharge.  These items must usually be shipped freight or can be picked up locally.  If shipping freight you - the buyer - are entirely responsible to make crating and shipping arrangements and to pay those charges.  Local pick up is available and will be made at our local Law Enforcement Center.  We’ll unload the item(s) but you’re responsible for loading them.

We do not make deliveries. 

Pictures, descriptions, questions, sales, warranties, returns, refunds, shipping insurance, post sales negotiation, NPB, etc.

• Our descriptions are accurate, so please read and understand the item description.    

   

• We work to show many good quality pictures.  The item(s) shown in the pictures are what exactly you’re buying and will receive.  If you need more pictures please ask.  But it could be 1-2 days to get them make and sent to you.

   

• Some descriptions may have a “Belief” statement were we’ll work to substantiate that belief but our belief could be wrong and that is not meant as false advertising.

   

• If you have questions about the item(s) please ask before you bid or before you Buy-it-Now (BIN). 

  • We’ll only answer questions which are sent to our “My eBay” messages and we’ll reply likewise.

  • We won’t answer email which is sent to our personal email account

  • We’ll work to answer in a timely manner during our previously stated business work hours.

  • Getting some answers or processing additional pictures may take some to do.

     

•  Refund Return Request:

  • Refunds will be given within 14 days of USPS delivery date

  • Refund requests must be made via My eBay email

  • The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was photographed, described, sold, packed, and shipped at the time of sale

  • Substituted items will not receive refunds

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • If we receive a returned item that isn't in the same condition (i.e,, it's broken, damaged, substituted, etc.) as originally photographed, described, sold, packed, and shipped we will not issue a refund.

  • All returned items have 20% restock fee.

  • The buyer pays return shipping

• In the event of more than one of the same type item being sold:

  • If all items are identical you’ll receive an item as shown in the photos.

  • If all items are not entirely identical we’ll mark or tag the items and you can choose which you want as seen in the photos. 

     

• Continental USA customers: If we believe the item can be damaged during shipping we’ll include the cost of insurance within our shipping fees per eBay rules.   

   

• Expensive items will be marked in a manner that only we’ll know in order to deter false accusations, claims, etc., etc.

   

• Expensive items will include signature upon receipt shipping charge to deter false accusations, claims, etc.

   

• If you win any of our auctions please pay when we invoice you.

• We won’t be party to after auction or after Buy-it-Now (BIN) negotiations of any sort.

   

• We’ll report all none paying bidders (NPB) to eBay if payment is not received within 3 days unless the bidder contacts us with a good reason for backing out of the transaction – buyer’s remorse or inability to arrange payment, pick up, freight shipping, etc. won’t be honored and We’ll file on those.  

   

   

   

  Continental US shipping and charges:

• We’ll work to ship your item(s) within 1-2 U.S.A. regular Monday through Friday business days after we receive your payment.

• We drop mail once per day.  

• We can’t ship on weekends, or on US holidays, or during inclement weather, or when we’re on the road. So please expect a short delay in all of these cases. 

• Please see the item description for the shipping charges.

• Where we believe the item can be damaged during shipping we’ll include the cost of insurance within our shipping fees per eBay rules. 

• If you win multiple auctions or do multiple Buy-it-Now (BIN) where any of these have shipping charge then please see our “Combined shipping and combined shipping charges” section.

• Please note that if we understand the new eBay rules on combined shipping we may not be able to combine shipping for both auction and BIN purchases you make at the same time.

   

   

  All non-continental USA shipping and charges:

• Pease do not pay until we’ve invoiced you

• Minimally ALL items will be charged stated US shipping rates + $1.00 handling.

• If International shipping charges exceed those of US shipping rates then all items be charged:

• Actual shipping charge to your country and post code PLUS

  • Any/all value added tax (VAT),

  • Customs charges,

  • Shipping insurance,

  • Signature upon receipt

  • + $1.00 USD handling charge

• The entire cost of the above will be the buyers responsibility

   

• We’ll work to ship your item as soon as we complete everything required of us to allow the item to be shipped to you.

• ALL non-continental USA shipping requires additional time for us to:

• Obtain your shipping charges, which will include VAT (if applicable), insurance, and signature upon receipt

• Create your invoice and send it to you

• Receive your payment

• Complete any/all remaining US Postal Service international shipping paper work

   

• Your item(s) will only be shipped after the aforementioned things are done and then they will be shipped on U.S.A. regular Monday through Friday business days when our US Post Office is open.  We drop mail once per day. 

• We can’t ship on weekends, or on US holidays, or in the rare event of inclement weather, or when we’re on the road. So please expect a short delay in all of these cases. 

• Once the package is dropped at our local US Post Office the time it takes to get to you is entirely dependent upon the time it takes to get to you – it is what it is, we’re not in charge of that bit.

• Please note that if we understand the new eBay rules on combined shipping we may not be able to combine shipping for both an auction and BIN purchase done at the same time.

   

   

  Combined shipping and combined shipping charges:

• Please note that if we understand the new eBay rules on combined shipping we may not be able to combine shipping for both an auction and BIN purchases done at the same time.  

• All non-continental USA customers: We can’t extend free shipping to you.  We’ll work to reduce the handling fees for you.  You will always incur a fee though.  Aside from actual cost of shipping, the fee will include any value added tax (VAT), customs charges, shipping insurance, signature upon receipt, and $1.00 handling.

• Continental USA customers: Unless all items purchased are shown to have FREE SHIPPING in the item description you will always incur a shipping fee, albeit reduced.  We do not automatically insure your items for shipment.  Where we believe the item can be damaged during shipping.  We’ll include the cost of insurance within our shipping fees per eBay rules.

• All customers:  We’ll always work to combine shipping where and when we can using these terms:

• Auctions won on the same day will always receive combined shipping. 

   

• Buy-it-Now (BIN) done on the same day will always receive combined shipping.

   

• For auctions that end 1-3 days apart: Please let us know the auctions you’ll be bidding on.  At the end of the last auction we’ll work to get you invoiced.

   

• In the above cases please do not pay immediately after the first auction or first Buy-it-Now (BIN), please wait for us to recalculate the shipping and send the invoice to you.

   

• We do not like to combine shipping on items purchased three (3) or more days apart because of past tracking and NPB problems.  If you run into a case where we have auctions that end three (3) or more days apart please contact us to discuss and we’ll try to work together.

   

• Again, please pay only after your invoice arrives and in one transaction.

   

• Combining Media and Parcel /non-media shipments:

• Media (books, papers, etc.) and Parcels (non-medial/regular items) can’t and won’t be shipped via Media Mail.

   

• We’ll work to get you the cheapest shipping combination possible.  The may result in one, two, or more boxes being shipped – again whatever is the cheapest for you. 

   

  • If it’s cheaper to pack and ship your media items and regular items into one US Parcel Post package and ship just one package then we’ll do that. 

     

  • But if it’s cheaper to ship your media items in one package using Media Mail and then ship your regular items in another package using US Parcel Post then we’ll do that.  And in this case you’ll receive two or more packages.
