The Orlando Private Collection is proud to present items from a Southern Plantation estate just outside of Orlando that has been in probate for many years. It is the Patterson estate right on the St. Johns River and boasts a full 8 bedrooms, ballroom, formal dinning room, great room, formal living room, carriage house, garage, storage barn, and more. The plantation has two free standing servants quarters. This is an exciting liquidation with over four generations of Southern Plantation items!

This record is an original live master recording in New York of Accordian masters Gaviani, Charles Magnante, Warcester, Diero, Anthony Travelli, Bob Fiffing and Mary Bigeni. The songs are recorded from 1941 and these Jan and Feb recordings are all frozen in time on this 33 1/3 rpm recording. These were never made into mass produced recordings and are all that is left from those concerts. The io means they play from the inside of the record to the outside being they are originals. The protective paper sleeve is torn, but the record is compltely preserved intact. The record has literally never been played except for my listening to it to see the quality of the recordings, therefore it is in mint condition. Included on both sides are:

We are very sorry to say we have had numerous High-end items switched by buyers and then reported that they were not as described. THEREFORE, we must state that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL."

To our repeat customers we are sadden that we have to put this restriction on.

By bidding on this item you agree to the terms of our policies.
