Description

 Up for bid is a 33 rpm LP by Antonio Machin entitled "UN CUBANO EN MADRID" L.P. 8009. It is made by Odeon Records and marked Fabricado en Cuba por Panart. The record is marked Hecho en Cuba por Panart Cuban Plastic & Record Corp. The cover has Mr. Machin's photo over a street scene in Havana(?) or Madrid(?). The back cover has a photo of another building at a busy intersection and the liner notes. The record is in excellent condition. The cover is also except that it is split at the bottom and was repaired with masking tape that has since aged and came off but left some residue.

This record obviously was brought out of Cuba in the 1950s and is a link to the old Cuba before Castro took over.
