Description
Here is an excellent 1952 "W. C. Handy-Father Of The Blues" LP on Audio Archives Records A-1200. The LP jacket has the typical slight discoloring on the front cover (see the supporting photos). The record looks like it was played a couple of times and then put back into the plastic sleeve and put back on the shelf. The record is the closest thing to buying it new in 1952. This would be a great edition for a collection, to play and/or display.
Side one. Joe Turner, Mister Crump, Way Down South Where The Blues Began and They That Saw In Tears
Side two. Beale Street Blues, Aframerican Hymn, The Big Stick Blues March, St. Louis Blues, I See tho My Eyes Are Closed
