Description
This is a 10", 78 rpm record by Dusty Brooks and His Tones. It was issued by Sun Records in 1953, and is their catalog number 182. Our limited internet research suggests this is the 7th record issued by Sun. It has a white label with brown printing, and the word "Sample" is on both sides of the label stamped in red. The song on one side is "Heaven or Fire" and the other side is "Tears and Wine." The vocalist is credited as Juanita Brown, and again, our limited internet research showed us she also was known as Juanita Thomas and Juanita Maryland. We haven't play tested the record. We can see some light scratches & other marks on it which may be audible. The surface is still glossy. There are a couple of nicks in the label. We got it in the estate sale of a musician who had a large record collection. Selling it AS IS, with no reserve, buyer pays shipping. Check our seller's list for lots of neat old stuff!
