Description
For auction is a 1953 release from Royal Roost Records--RLP 412. The record is titled Bud Powell Volume 2. The Bud Powell Trio has Bud Powell on piano, George Duvivier on bass and Arthur Taylor on drums. The record is from an estate and I don't have a turntable and system to play the record. From a visual exam I would grade the vinyl as VG+. I can feel no scratches with my fingernail. There is some dirt and light hairlines and some scuffing. The dead wax is marked 223 and 224 (etched) and also with an etched 9 over 0 on both sides.
The sleeve is heavily water damaged at the bottom both front and back There is a split along the top edge about 3 1/2" long. The Burt Goldblatt cover front shows wear marks (white scuffing) over the outside edges.
