Description
VINYL is VG on this original RCA 1954 Long Play MONO pressing...it looks closer to VG with a lot of hairlines and small scuffs, but much of it plays closer to VG+ after the opening of the sides. I was kind of surprised to see how much play the lp had with a cover that was as pristine as this one is....A decent player for the price with the treble down on the lower side. Also such a nice cover that you would hold out to try and upgrade the vinyl down the road...not many covers nicer than this one still out there. See below.
ULTRASONIC CLEANED -- I just cleaned it on my new Ultrasonic Record cleaner, and put it in a fresh sleeve. It really does make a difference in the sound quality....it gets rid of stuff other methods just can't tackle....I am hooked! Ready to enjoy for years to come.
COVER is EX due to a small 2" clean crack on the top side near the opening....if not for this blemish the cover would grade near mint....gorgeous readable spine (see close up)...Great color....includes original inner sleeve.....this one had been kept in plastic for decades luckily...nice bright white back side....if the vinyl were nicer it would be in the $400 range for this set.....see photos
