Label: Savoy Records, Newark, New Jersey, 1955

 

Description: 10” Vinyl LP; red labels with silver lettering & logo; four tracks; engineered by Rudy Van Gelder; RVG etched into dead wax. Players on this record are: Frank Wess, Kenny Clarke, “Bags”, Henry Coker, Charlie Fawlkes, and Ed Jones.

 

Condition: A tiny bit of foxing to the record sleeve and some slight dust staining and light edge wear; overall the record sleeve is solid and remains in Very Good+ to Excellent condition. The record has been play tested. The vinyl shows some very light surface wear and has one manufacturing “dimple” but plays through with no skips and only a little bit of noise. Overall the disk remains in Very Good to VG+ condition. (Please see photos).
