Description

Original 1957 release of “The Chirping Crickets”, Buddy Holly with the Crickets.  The Brunswick Long-Play album is in very good condition with some scuffs and light scratches but I don’t believe would cause any problems when played.  The inner paper sleeve is from the same era but I don’t believe came with this album because it is from Capitol records.  The album cover is linen textured and has some slight water damage to the lower left corner in the front and both lower corners in the back.  There is also a 4” tear along the top seam from the album entry side.  There is some age discoloration to the back white cover but there are no markings or writing.

All of the records I am listing could probably use a good cleaning by the right person, I did not wipe or tough them other than taking the pictures.  I’m not a collector so I’m not able to “grade” the album nor do I have a player to listen to it.  Everyone has their own idea of what VG or NM should be so I’m not going to attempt that one.  Please take a look at the photos and email with any questions.  Thanks.
