I will not ship INTERNATIONAL because the United States Postal Service system is not compatible with any other country system.  With the systems not being compatible there is no way to provide TRACKING for proof of delivery, the tracking will only show to the border of the United States and no further.  I took a hit on this with a dishonest eBayer and have chosen to opt out of International shipping.
