Description
This is the start of a list currently being sorted and graded to go from Sunday to Sunday. It is from a single collection of a president of a Chamber Music Society, lots of it from the earliest days of the LP. Condition is overall very impressive throughout, probably due to the depth and breadth of the collection.
1958 original pressing of White /Gold labels UK HMV ASD 267 whauch has Cluytens & the BPO in the Beethoven 5th Symphony and Leonore overture. Excellent playing surfaces (some tics in Leonore, Symphony all fine), clean labels, Near Mint sleeve is as new.
This is one of some very exciting classical rarities in my list this week, strong on Cello, Cello, Cello! & some Violin, great 50's & 60's stereo, TAS Listed Audiophile and a great chamber music selection. They are all well worth a look and a bid, same low start no reserve on everything regardless of value.
