Description
For auction is a vintage, 12" LP jazz record by Riverside RLP 12-281 featuring Chet Baker. The record is titled Chet Baker in New York.
This is the 1959 release by Bill Grauer Productions. I have no way to play the record and from a visual exam I would grade it as VG+. The labels are excellent. The dead wax is etched with J08P-1969-1 and J08P-1970-1 with a stamped B1 on both sides also.
The sleeve is heavily water stained with some surface damage. This is along the spine and to about 1" to 2" into the left side of the front cover and the right side on the back with the damage extending to about 5" at the bottom edge and this extends into the text on the back where it is especially noticeable. It is there on the front cover but is not quite as noticeable as there is a very light colored scene. There are no splits in the sleeve. I would grade the sleeve as G to G-.
