For Your Bidding Consideration: A 1961 & 1963 FREDERICK FENNELL LP SET! Entitled: THE CIVIL WAR! Volume's 1 & 2. Fresh out of an estate of a Civil War Collector! Although the LP Set isn't that rare, Frederick Fennell's signed signature is. Booklet Number One from Volume One is clearly signed on page number 19, next to his portrait. The Inscription reads the following: With Very Best Wishes to Robert Bond - with Thanks for his euthuiestic Appreciation of These Records - Signed Frederick Fennell Evanston, Illinois 15 July 1987. Signed by the man himself, approximately seventeen years before his death. Frederick Fennell, Born July 2nd 1914. Died December 7th 2004 at the age of 90 years of a heart ailment at his home in Siesta Key, Florida. Frederick Fennell was an Internationally Reconized Conductor. The signature was confirmed off of a web page that I researched. Frederick Fennell's signature is a very unique signature according to my research. The example is clearly shown below. As listed the albums themselves are in Good Plus Condition, there are various surface scratches on the LP's, however the LP Jackets are in close to excellent condition. The former owner obviously listened to these albums more than most, just goes to show that the former owner cherished Frederick Fennell's work. It appearantly took Frederick Fennell 4 - 5 years to complete these albums with his EASTMAN WIND ENSEMBLE. The albums were manufactured by MERCURY RECORDS, done in 35MM STEREO Sound. An extraodinary opportunity to aquire the elusive hard to find Frederick Fennell Signature. I believe this auction is the only one available that offers Frederick Fennell's Signature. Would make an excellent addition to your collection or would make an extraodinary gift for that special someone in your life that might happen to appreciate the man known as Frederick Fennell!
