Satintones – “Tomorrow & Always” b/w “A Love That Can Never Be” (Motown 1006). The Satintones were Motown's first group, recording for the company from 1960 through 1961 and releasing six singles. The lineup consisted of James Ellis, Sonny Sanders, Vernon Williams, Sammy Mack, and Robert Bateman. This 1961 release was an answer to the #1 hit by The Shirelles "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow”, following the original almost note for note. This copy is a rarer issue that does not include strings. Vinyl is in strong VG condition but there is some wear and writing on flip label (see scan). Postage & insurance will be paid by purchaser.
