Description

Up for auction is this MEET THE BEATLES lp early pressing. This is a rare Mono recording with paste over cover. The demand for the album was great when the Beatles first hit the U.S. in 64 so Capitol pasted the "Meet the Beatles" cover over some other lp's. This one is "DAVE GUARD AND THE WHISKEYHILL SINGERS" under the Beatles. These issues are rare from what i can find about them. The paste over has wear at the bottom and stains on the back. But an interesting sleeve to own. It has No splits. NO RECORD. I also have an early MEET THE BEATLES with no George Martin on the back. It has a 3 by the RIAA. The record has some scratches and scuffs but is better than most i find with some shine to the vinyl. It plays through with some background noise but not real bad and no skips. The edges have some wear. The sleeve is in very good  condition. It has the original inner blue sleeve. Trail off numbers on side 1 are record are "T 1-2047- T-1 2". Side 2 are "T 2-2047 - T 2" Two nice interesting early MEET THE BEATLES Lp's.  SEE PHOTOS. ASK QUESTIONS. PLEASE CHECK BELOW THE DESCRIPTION IN CASE I DO AN ADD ON THAT MIGHT CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT BIDDING ON THE ITEM. NO RESERVE! SHIPPING WILL BE ACTUAL COST. CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR ART, COLLECTIBLES, ANTIQUES AND UNIQUE ITEMS ETC. SOME ITEMS ARE LISTED NOW AND I'LL LIST MORE SOON.
