Description
Here is a vintage original pressing of a CLASSIC Beatles album from my collection offered up for sale: The Beatles 3rd USA Capitol album "SOMETHING NEW", this is a vintage 1st pressing released in 1964 by Capitol records ST 2109 (Stereo), has "color band" style Capitol labels and blue printed inner sleeve. This album features The Beatles renditions of Carl Perkins' "Matchbox" plus their own songs "If I fell", "Tell me why", "And I love her", "I'll cry instead", plus "Slow down", AND their german sung version of "I want to hold your hand" titled "Komm gib mir deine hand".
The vinyl rates VG+, is glossy and clean, has several very light marks on both sides, has a small more moderate mark on side two, has been PLAY TESTED. Plays with bright deep sound with some light background pops, no skips or jumps and a very enjoyable listen.
The cover rates VG, is clean and bright, seams have some wear at corners, binder edge solid and readable, no signatures or writing, back cover has a bit of waviness to the opening edge and a couple faint spot stains. (see all 12 photos)
Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking number. Vinyl will be shipped in inner sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits. Check my eBay store "Groove Vibrations Vintage Records" for more Beatles records and other rock record gems! Buy more than one item from our list at one time and we will ship them together. Media rate may take up to nine days but is usually much faster.
