My 50 year search for my favorite record has ended.Found this  a few days ago at a local sale.    It is the original mono version of the classic "Pet Sounds" of the Beach Boys.    Who would want the mono version? Not many music lovers.This usually ended up in the economy clearance aisle of dept. stores with a rack hole punched in a corner.    The cover is in minimum excellent condition.Front has some wear on the surface.Lower right bottom corner has a ding(check my scans).In general corners nice and clean .Reverse also clean.No splits.Spine is very nice with small compression  areas but solid.This is the cover you want!    Vinyl is vg+.Has scuffing on both sides.Side 2 fares worse.Side  1 is  more like a vg++.   I cleaned the record,played both sides twice to be sure of no interruptions.Plays through just fine.You will hear  low surface noise in spots especially on side 2 but your enjoyment of this record  will be fulfilled.    Spindle hole minty,drag marks almost non-existent. Do not have the factory sleeve.Do not know what first owner did with it.    Matrix side 1 T1 -2458 G 2 4. Triangle 1 A M.  Matrix side 2  T2 - 2458 G 1 8 # 3        Reverse  on cover has "3" at the bottom.I believe that means pressed in Scranton,Pa.     That is all the detail which I can provide.You buy this lp and it's not what I say,you return it for a full refund and I will pay the return cost.
