We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Wow ! What a sleeper ! Amazingly, this has only in recent years become a just-worthy search & find among collectors.
- It's got some excellent FUZZZ guitar injected hard rock with lots of psych flavor, as well as some garage moves. An underground rock collector's delight, and roundly recommended. These 5 guys from Canada try to create a sound somewhere floating between catchy melodic poprock sensibilities and moves ala Cream, with touches of Jimi Hendrix Experience. They also attempt a Rolling Stones-type of baroque pop in PRINCESS MARY MARGARET. The Churls had that certain something that could have really exploded in the states. What went wrong? They were on A&M and distributed by Quality Records in Canada. They should have been huge. With guitar riffage brazenly taken from everyone from Jimi to the Thirteenth Floor Elevators, The Leaves and a good portion of the NUGGETS bunch can be easily enough heard. In fact, if Lenny Kaye had broadened his NUGGETS timescope by a few months we're sure the Churls would have made a fine inclusion to that epochal set!
The natural power of the Churls doesn't hide the fact that this group is a pretty good late-sixties sleeper and sure does a good job mixing the hard punk and straight poprock grooves...
