Description

This is Millennium's album, "BEGIN", from 1968.This a concept album, which mixes hard rock, ballads, and psychedelic sounds into one great album. It was produced by Curt Boettcher (the Association), and Keith Olsen, with Executive Coordination by Gary Usher.  Begin is a one of those necessary albums to have if you are a fan of the late 1960s psychedelia This was reportedly the most expensive album ever produced, at the time.

I owned a record store, in the 1970s and 1980s, which specialized in Oldies,Hard-to-Find, and Collectible records,. This is part of the inventory which I retained, when I sold the store, in 1987.

The recording you hear is from this disk loaded from turntable to soundcard. No filters were used. The volume control for the mp3 player is just to the right of the time window. Side one is really Near Mint--and side two is VG+, because of a few clicks.  The vinyl is nice and shiny, but the cover has a two inch split bottom right, at the opening.  The label is very clean.  So, I graded the album overall as VG+. The clip is part of the first track, "It's You" going right into part of the 2nd track, "Some Sunny Day", followed by "To Claudia On Thursday", and Karmic Dream Sequence #1".
