Description
On offer here is a rare first pressing of THE BEATLES 1969 UK original ‘MONO’ LP “YELLOW SUBMARINE” on the APPLE label No. PMC 7070, with first pressing matrix Nos. XEX 715-1 & XEX 716-1.
Record is housed in a flipback cover which displays the two thick red lines above and below the rear sleeve notes, (see scan) and has the original die cut black inner sleeve.
Record labels carry the “Sold In UK” label text.
Vinyl is in EX+ condition, as are the record labels, just a few spindle marks.
Flipback cover EX- fully intact with no rips, tears or writing, some handling marks on back and faintest of discolouration to white area on front.
The ‘Mono’ issue of this LP is getting more & more difficult to obtain especially in this condition.
I try to be honest with my descriptions, so as not to mislead, especially with items as rare as this is.
