Item Summary:  Vintage 1970 "Merry Christmas from the Brady Bunch" LP Album.  The album is in Very Good Plus condition with no scratches, only light dust.  The sleeve is in Very Good condition with minor scuffs at the corners. There are no rips or tears in the sleeve and the graphic is still very bright and in great condition!!  There are two 2 holes in the upper left corner of the sleeve (pictures 10-12) that appears to be used for hanging the album on the wall?  (hard to believe someone would do this!!) but this does not affect the album in any way.
