Description
On offer here is a not very often seen 1970 LP by THE TREES titled “THE GARDEN OF JANE DELAWNEY” released on CBS RECORDS S 63837.
Trees are; Celia Humphries (Vocals) Bias Boshell (Vocals, Bass & Acoustic Guitar) Barry Clarke (Lead & acoustic Guitars) David Costa (Acoustic & 12 string Guitar Urwin Brown (Drums).
Tracks are; “Nothing Special”, “The Great Silkie”, “The Garden Of Jane Delawney”, Lady Margaret”, Glasgerion”, “She Moves Thro’ The Fair”, “Road”, “Epitaph” & “Snail’s Lament.
The vinyl playing surface other than lightest of surface marks is excellent and plays excellent. Unfortunately, labels whilst no scratches or damage do have names written on both side and two names on each side have been crossed out (See Scan).
Cover is fully intact with just a few handling marks, but does have previous owners name written on back and like labels two names have been crossed out. There is also a circular motif been drawn on front upper left, again see scan.
