An opportunity to own a rare early official Velvet Underground 2LP with an Andy Warhol artwork embellished gatefold double album - released in 1971 during Warhol's lifetime. 
Rare laminated UK edition, first pressing, serial number MGM 2683-006 SELECT
Sold here with an unofficial chrome effect art poster, sized approximately 60cm x 42cm, made in the style of Andy Warhol.
The poster was not part of the original release.

CONDITION
Gatefold sleeve and vinyl LP's still in VG VG+ condition with little signs of previous playing to the vinyl, only minor color toning with age to the laminate sleeve and a small bump hole in the spine serial number credit otherwise this gatefold is a strong VG+.
Please refer to the many large photographs provided which are of the actual LP you are buying to reassure yourself of condition. Laminated sleeves are quite difficult to photograph without reflections, these reflections might sometimes resemble a stain but rest assured there are no stains.
The chrome effect poster is still in very good condition, some minor surface creases, color toning and minor discoloration. 
The two original inner record bags are still present and in good condition with only minor corner bumps and light surface creasing, discoloration.
Both vinyl LP's are stored separately in Japanese anti-static sleeves.
