We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Long gone and surely worthy with all considering...high quality 2ndpressing -- early Akarma release all but blowing away any other issues with its lavish features and great sound quality...the 1971 lost heavy/melodic psych gem was discovered too many years after its release by collectors -- and now the first US press brings in a small fortune with world wide interest and demand...
1971's MORNING DEW ranks right up there with some of the better known 60's psych bands -- and still sound fresh!
It's very surprising how so many great psych albums got lost through the cracks when they should have been more popular. This is one such example. An album that combines the best of psych era and throws in a couple of gentle melodic numbers for a nice contrast ...most of the strong tracks have that 'right sound' and really augment the great fuzz guitar accents. The opening track "Crusader's Smile" really starts the album out well and foreshadows the sound of the rest of the album. "Gypsy" is an excellent harder track while the keys and arrangements fold of "Something You Say" provides an excellent contrast. "Country Boy Blue" is a more bluesy number with some great harp. The songwriting and female vocals on most of the tracks are also great. All in all, this is a very good rock/psych Lp with a folkish tune or two for contrast. There are some nice flashes of inventiveness near the end of side two; the recording sounds like it's grinding to a halt; only to restart again. very much recommended.
