Description

Excellent, guaranteed original, 1971 UK-Pressing Rock LP by ROY HARPER entitled "Stormcock" on Harvest Records (#789, Stereo).  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - ONE OF THE RAREST LPs ON THE HARVEST LABEL!  BACK IN 1971 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED! AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY! THE RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL (ONLY ONCE OR TWICE AT THE VERY MOST!) AND IS IN AMAZING CONDITION - AND THE GATEFOLD "TEXTURED" COVER IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. The Cat. No is SHVL 789 in the deadwax - on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Harvest label and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)  Condition: Cover = beautiful VG++ (very light wear, no seam splits), Record = beautiful VG++/MINT- (very light paper scuffs - plays through fine though!,). Winning bidder to add $3.50 postage in the USA. Good luck - check out my other auctions for more vintage records for sale and save on combined postage costs!
