Description
Fold-out sleeve, opens into the shape of a shield. Includes inner cardsleeve with credits and tracklisting.
The inner cardsleeve has a specific shape compared to other versions (see pictures) and printing DOF/DA/75 (same cardsleeve as this version)
On labels, the end of the copyright notice in rim text reads "A Product Of Liberty-United Artists Records Ltd" (later versions can have a different text), and there is NO registered trademark ® in United Artists Records logo. [labels are identical to this other original issue, but show different pressing rings (different manufacturer)]
Pressing plant CBS Aston Clinton identified through the specific pattern in runouts. No mastering engineer credited in deadwax, unlike other versions.
Track A5 is listed as "The Demented King" on the label but is listed as "The Demented Man" on the inner sleeve
Track B1 mis-spelled as "Magno" on label but listed correctly as "Magnu" on the inner sleeve
