Description
Available now is an excellent copy of Star Wars original soundtrack 2 LP set from the motion picture This is the original 1977 press by 20th Century Records. Also included are the original two blue sleeves, a one-page/both-sides descriptive insert, AND the CLEAN, never hung Star Wars poster! Its only flaw is a very light partial fold in upper right corner where someone obviously didn't take enough care when re-inserting it into the cover slot after pulling it out.
Music composed and conducted by John Williams--the sound quality is really unbeatable. It can be matched, but it ranks at Near Mint only because it isn't factory sealed and there are several visual marrings on the vinyl that do not affect the sound quality. It is one of the BEST preserved LP sets I've listened to in recent times, and I listen to dozens every week...
Gatefold cover is in excellent condition, except for mild ring wear on front cover from storage all these years...There is also some mild edge bumping present. See photos.
