We have a seller’s permit issued by the State of California and a business license issued by the City of Hesperia. We sell all kinds of items (just check our current listings for the variety of things we have) and strive to give you the best items, at the best prices with the best service and fastest shipping turnaround.
A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING: We are located in the Pacific Time zone. Generally, all items paid for by 2pm Pacific Time will ship the same day (excluding holidays and weekends). There may be times when we are unable to same day ship. If this occurs, we will let you know.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Please note: We are a brick and mortar business registered and licensed in California. As such, California residents must 7.5% sales tax. This is the base rate for all counties/cities. In some areas it is higher however, we charge the minimum and cover the rest.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We welcome international orders however, we DO NOT offer free shipping on international purchases. Additionally, import, customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer and you may incur additional costs because of this. We utilize Ebay’s International Shipping Centers whenever possible.
FEEDBACK: We do not leave feedback until the end of a transaction. We do not consider the transaction completed until we receive feedback from the purchaser confirming the item was received and the purchaser is satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback so that we may have a chance to resolve the situation.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 3-days of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be returned within 14-days, in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received, all original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, accessories such as cords and remote controls, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards, "Free gifts" or bonus items, all items included in a bundle. Item must be returned postage paid by the purchaser, with tracking. Upon receipt and inspection, refund of purchase price will be initiated. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. If you feel the item received is not as we described it, please initiate a return through Ebay’s Buyer Protection Guarantee Program and we will be happy to pay for return shipping, if it is determined we failed to describe the item properly.
