Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played. It has white promo/sample labels on each side with three sets of Japanese writing, the first says ?? When On Sale, the second says ?? Sample Version and the final one says ??? Article Was Not For Sale to the Public.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card pasted cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone. On the back there is a track listing in English. On the rear of the cover is a white rectangular sticker with red writing covering the record price, which says that this is a??(???) Sample Article Not For Sale.

Inner Sleeve : The original card inner sleeve, this has no rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone. On here are some band pictures and the lyrics and credits in English.

Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese. On the front at the top is a white rectangular sticker with red writing covering the record price, which says that this is a ??(???) Sample Article Not For Sale.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which 1 page 2 sides. On here is a track listing in English and Japanese and the lyrics and some information in Japanese. This has no creases, rips or tears, but has yellowed through age and humidity.
