I purchased this Wayne Carter 45 Stereo record with accompanying paperwork at a local estate sale.  I have included a picture of all the items together the way I received it. 

 

A handwritten letter from Wayne Carter, dated Nov. 25, 1980.  He writes about the record, "It is my first one, and we just made enough copies for promotional purposes:  "Not Sold in Stores"."     The paper this is written on has browned over time, wear to paper. 

Please Note:  The actual 45 does not state it is a Promotional, just his letter.  

 

He also sent a black and white photograph of him playing, the back also has his red address stamp, as does the letter.

 

The record is in a browned blank sleeve with a rip and all over wear.  Included in the sleeve is information about Bill Palmer and this new record label Bill's Silver Saddle Records written by Vern Stovall.  Wayne Carter "I am honored to be the first artist on Bill's Silver Saddle Records."  This paper is also browned with wear to edges. 

 

I do not see any noticeable scratches on the record, do see some smudges on the B side.  I keep buying record players at auctions, but they never work; I was not able to play the record.  The A side is SSR-73080-A I Went Home and Home Wasn't There (Bill Palmer/Vern Stovall) Wayne Carter. 

The B side is:  I Didn't Know Angels Flew This Close to the Ground. 

As with all vintage items, being sold as pictured. 

All pictures taken outside, color variances due to the sky/clouds/sun.  In case I missed anything, I will let the pictures do the describing.
