Description

We were unable to locate Ralph, or songwriters "Robt Spradling" and "Clint Spradling," but since a song mentions St Paul, we're guessing Minnesota origins...though the label is based in Kentucky. This is the ONLY copy we've ever seen mentioned online.

It doesn't seem that Ralph is too pissed off, in fact his delivery seems more like he's thinking, "I hope someone buys this record cuz of the OPEC song and then flips it to the song I like on the other side".
