Description

Hello, and thanks for looking. Please excuse any not-so-great pics; still getting the hang of it.

This is a very nice original 1982 5 LP record box set by Ella Fitzgerald, "Sings The George & Ira Gershwin Songbook," on French Verve records, 2615063. This is a French reissue of the classic and rare 1959 US box set. It's mono, and contains 53 absolutely classic Ella tracks -- S'Marvelous, A Foggy Day, They Can't Take That Away From Me, Lat's Call The Whole Thing Off, Stiff Upper Lip, I Got Rhythm, They All Laughed, and MUCH more. Easily some of her very best stuff! Cover and sleeves replicate the original artwork. Uncommon LP.  Exquisite pressings. One small tear on cover. Cover is VG+, records M-. Nice! Long out of print. Please note records are visually, not play, graded.

Please note that postage will be higher than ebay's forced $4 limit ... you simply cannot mail a properly-packaged LP for $4 today! Please wait for an invoice if you're the winning bidder.

As per ebay rules, we only accept paypal. Whenever possible, we will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Also, please note we mail weekly, not daily

Bid with confidence, and check out our other auctions !
