 CONDITION -  The records / albums are both in Near Mint shape.  The Gatefold COVER is good; NO rips, tears, slices or holes punched, on top cover sleeve of gatefold there is a small tear along lower edge about 2" and an old price sticker on top right corner front, otherwise great piece.  The sleeves are original sleeves.  Please see pictures.
