VERY rare, we can't find any mention of any copy elsewhere. A small amount of these were pressed for radio use. All tracks begin with an ad, then an interview by a subject, followed by a full song by the artist. 
This time it's Tom Bosley (Mr. C from Happy Days) and another gentleman with various products for Valu-Rite Pharmacy. 
Week of JUNE 2, 1986 record, comes with cut sheets showing teaser text, lead line text, and other details. The DJ made numerous notes on sheets (these were played on the air) as well as "These Dreams" written on jacket by DJ.
