The jacket has some issues as the result of moisture. Please be sure to look at the photos for an illustration of this.
The inside and opening of the sleeve specifically has the worst of it.
Furthermore, the top of the spine is the other detractor of note.

No original inner sleeve. I have the disc in a Disc keeper non static sleeve.

Disc is a Strong VG+ and plays even better. I have recently played the record and it really sounds good.

I ship Media Mail and use LP Mailers with stiffeners.
