Description

RARE 1988 BILLY CHILDISH & TRACEY EMIN THE MEDWAY POETS LP

Album released on Billy Childish's Hangman Records label, featuring eight different poets including Rob Earl, Vic Templar, The Natural Born Lovers, Charles Thomson, Sexton Ming and Bill Lewis. Also featuring 6 poems by Billy Childish and two by Tracey Emin (credited as T.K. Emin).

Recorded on 11th Dec 1987 at Eastgate Rochester.

A definite cultural curiousity as Tracey Emin destroyed most of her work from this period and it documents hers and Billy Childish's relationship/connection and the world they worked and lived in (she was also the administrator for Billy Childish's Hangman Books)

Condition: sleeve has some wear, mostly round the edges and a faded section where a small price sticker was. Vinyl has surface marks but plays fine.
