NEAR MINT (NM) ~ Record looks like it has just been opened for the first time.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) ~ May show some slight signs of wear including light scuffs or light scratches. Slight warps that do not affect the sound. Minor signs of handling. No misshapen center hole. May have light ring wear or discoloration.
VERY GOOD (VG) ~ Lacks most of its original gloss/shine. Groove wear and light scratches are evident. May have surface noise and scratches may be audible. May have writing, tape, or stickers. Many signs of human handling.
GOOD (G) ~ Record plays through without skipping. Significant surface noise and groove wear. Label is worn with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or sticker.
FAIR (F) ~ Records are cracked, impossibly warped, or skip and/or repeat when an attempt is made to play them.
