The business motto at High Quality HiFi and Vintage Collectibles is simple, I, Marc A. Spardello, treat you the way you would like to be treated and I expect the same from you.
With that said I photo document all items including opening up the chassis on electrical equipment to take pictures of serial numbers on expensive electrical components to stop parts harvesters right in their tracks. I normally take video of collectibles, as well. Of course, items can be damaged in shipping and I ask you to trust me that I will stand behind each item I sell. It all starts with you contacting me via email or my cell phone which I include in each package on a little note card. Please contact me first. Fair enough?
