Sleeve has couple of spots of edge wear and a little ageing to back cover otherwise in very clean Near Mint condition.  Free from any tears, stickers or writing.

Vinyl also grades Near Mint

Has "Factory Sample Not For Sale" sticker on Side 1 of label.

(Both sides of label are clean and free from any writing etc.)
