This version has the misspelling on the label and the correct spelling in the Gate Fold of the song on side 2 the 1st song "Nasal Retentive Caliope Music"

37 pressing of this record have been made. This pressing was listed as first on the list ... Matrix numbers are
V6-5045 SIDE-1 MGS-1250-REV-F and V6-5045 SIDE-2 MGS-1251-REV-F

This is an Uncensored copy.  Goldmine 5th edition price guide says that the uncensored version has a matrix number of V6 5045 MGS 1250-REV-F.   The censored version is missing the "-F".
 
I have seen some list this first issue to 1967 which is not correct...1968 was first pressing

This record was part of the record library of a Famous L.A. Rock Station...part of my pay, in 1979 as a contract employee, was to take albums as pay...this is one of those.  Very clean as the station did not play this kind of music.  I have had it in dry storage for 36 years, so the gate fold is stiff with only wear to the corners and album rub on upper back.
