Description
This auction is for two Big Joe Williams 12” blues records, titled “Tough Times” and “Piney Woods Blues”. The first dates from the early 1960s and contains eleven tracks produced by Chris A. Strachwitz, who also provides the sleeve notes. The second contains a further twelve tracks, all provided by Big Joe on his famously unique 9-string guitar and J.D. Short on harmonica and guitar. Both records are in excellent condition, great for blues and R&B collectors!
